Share price is suddenly go down or up; Why?

there are no movement in nifty as well as in that particular share. trend of share is also sideways but sometime it go suddenly down or upward. what is the reason ?

When there is more demand(buying) than supply(selling), the share price goes up and when there is more supply than demand, the share price goes down.
