What’s the meaning of “Remat forms should be signed in ‘signature with DP’ and ‘signature with RTA’ fields” ?

You’ll have to sign with the signature you’ve provided to your Depository Participant ie. Zerodha. Since you are holding the shares in demat form, your signature at DP and RTA will be the same.
