Sir,

In Expert Adviser, there is one EA “5-13 Period EMA”. Is it 5/13 ema crossover?

If it is so , then why its code differs from another EA “14/26 EMA corssover”"

Please help me to understand.

Yours truely

the EA has 5-period EMA crosses over the 13-period EMA. and the other one

14-period EMA crosses over the 26-period EMA

The values of Periods differs, you can find the difference clearly if you plot the EMA’s on chart manually through Technical Analysis dropdown menu

sir, he asked why code writing style is different?

example ema 3,15, ea code is EMA (CLOSE, 5) > EMA (CLOSE , 13) AND REF (EMA (CLOSE, 5), 1)
< REF (EMA (CLOSE, 13), 1)

but 14,26 ema code writing is differ

CROSSOVER(EMA(CLOSE,14), EMA(CLOSE, 26))

why this different?both cross over stratergy but writing style is different ,why?pl kindly explain
