I shorted bank nifty 21600 put 13april expiry around 12rs (12:32pm) and kept stop loss (SL-M) @19.05 , after some time I saw my trade got triggered at 19.7rs(time 12:L47pm) , but if I see 21600 put chart it never went to 19.05 after 12.30pm,i have called zerodha customer care immediately but no response from them and i have sent a mail to zerodha support with necessary screen shots but still no response from them
Not every order executed by exchange reaches Pi. So there are chances orders don’t get show in chart.
It happened to me as well.
