I am trying to trade forex futures and want to learn more about the market. I have some questions regarding volumes and exchanges.
- Does volumes matter in forex (Indian markets) ? do they have any substantial impact on price action similar to stock/index futures. I have read that volumes do not matter much in forex as the transactions are huge in forex (worldwide).
- There are two exchanges in India currently, CDS and BCD, one having more liquidity than the other (based on my observation). Based on my first question, say if I am placing a reasonably big order, let’s say 100-200 lots in both, does it differently impact the price behavior.
