I am currently holding Sovereign Gold Bonds with HDFC Securities, which is the only reason to keep that account open currently. Is there anyway I can transfer sovereign gold bonds to Zerodha trading account?

You must contact your broker.
You can use CDSL Easiest (if your demat is in CDSL) to transfer to Zerodha.
Or better get in touch with your broker to know the process.
