Yes, operators do exist.
They mainly target illiquid scrips where small amount of money has a big impact on stock price. Usually only select few, maybe the first circle within the operator group make decent money…the rest of the people (mainly who follow these tips) are all made scapegoat for offloading positions.
My advice - avoid all these distracting elements in the markets, they are not worth the time and money!
