In case of corporate actions like dividend, stock split, bonus issue, is the price of a stock adjusted by the stock exchange or the price change is because the buyers and sellers themselves adjust their offer and bid prices?
Except dividend of normal nature in all other cases like split ,bonus ,rights price is officially adjusted by exchanges .
the Stock price (% change ; previous close ; net change ; LTP ; etc etc ) after corporate actions is adjusted in the cash equity .
for doing analysis purpose ; should we also do the adjustment in the Future of the same ?
