Stocks bought T-1 day can be settled against Covered call?

I wrote CALL without holdings equivalent stocks in holding.
Since now on T-1 day I am suffering loss. Can I buy the stocks (ie on T-1 day) and settle it against the written CALL.

Not possible for now, as shares should be in demat for settling. Maybe once t+1 is allowed then it is.

Not possible, Instead you can buy a Future of the same underlying, same month expiry, which will net off against covered call.

PS : Covered call means, you already have the underlying and then writing an option. From what i understood from your statement is you have shorted a naked call.
