Stop Loss Didnt trigger on three occasions What to do?

I was trading on commodities and on three occasions my stoploss was no triggered . It wasnt a sudden rise/fall prices but just normal movement and yet it didnt trigger. It has happened once before but not this frequently. Do i need to complain to zerodha? Has any others had similar issues on 14/01/2022.Its quite unsettling when this happens .How can we trade peacefully if this continues to happen.

Note:Please dont reply saying how to put a stoploss there was nothing wrong with my order.

Stoploss would’ve triggered, but if you’re using SL-Limit order, the order will only execute at the price you have specified or a better price. Until then it’ll remain pending.

For better execution you can keep some gap between trigger and price. So once the SL is triggered, it’ll execute at best available price in the market.

I always put both trigger and limit price as same .should I put them with some gap.
