Streak Help for strategy

I want to compare prices for 2 15-min candles 10:30-10:45 AM and 10:45-11:00 AM.

Logic:

IF a next candle crosses Max(High) or Min(Low) from both previous candles buy or sell respectively.

Any help ?

You can use the following condition to create the Long strategy. Similarly, you can create the short strategy.

Note that you can only create a Long or a Short equity strategy in Streak.
