My LLP is less than 1 year old and has no transaction/turnover. What is the process to close it permanently.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe you had taken professional help for incorporation of LLP. The same person should be able to assist you in winding up. For the name to be struck off the register it takes around 6 months. This is out of my personal experience I had.
You won’t be able to do it on your own because you would need DSC of a CA or CS.
