Hi
Where should one submit Form 15G/H in order to avoid TDS on dividend income.
Hey @bitte97 ,
In you are going to receive the dividend on an equity investment, then you need to submit form 15G/15H to the company itself. You can find the contact details from the email communication you receive for dividend declared.
In case this dividend is received from a mutual fund, then you can contact the AMC for the same.
Hey @Shiv_Chatterjee ,
If the dividend received from a company is below ₹10,000 then it shall not deduct TDS on the same. In such cases you do not have to submit form 15G and 15H.
Bahut badhiya.but this 10k is for a Single company or from all companies holding collectively.??
I think it’s single script.means if I’m holding say Reliance share and my total annual dividend income is less than or=10k there is no need to fill form 15G/.pls cfy .thanks
