SUMITRA PHARMA-SHARES-BOUGHT IN 1992

Sir/Mam,

I have 200 shares of Sumitra pharmaceuticals&chemicals bought in 1992.
By researching,i have got to know it is now merged with Piramal Enterprises Limited.
After 1992,i have not claimed dividends/anything associated with the shares.

Can you please guide me on how to proceed further?

You would get Piramal Enterprises Limited shares for it with the dividends. This is what I heard somewhere but I forgot the process.

If u have physical shares it is bit complex
