As i understand your total purchase value of TC as combine entity should be allocated as 99.34% for TC and 0.66% for TCP in D-merged entities for income tax purpose.
In the Century and Ultratech cement d-merger the cost of Acquisition was 100% for Century and 0% for Ultratech cement .
