I used your services for filling ITR for FY 21-22. It was a very smooth experience and I was eligible for a refund from tax department.
However, I got a notice from them where in this refund was requested to be adjusted in previous outstanding’s. On visiting their site, I found two outstandings (Both of same nature)
- From year 2010
- From year 20-21
In both cases I had paid my tax (additional tax apart from TDS) and it shows in my bank account statement but Income tax department is not considering it.
Can you please suggest me, What should I do now? If its a system glitch from their end ( in reconciliation or something), how to reach out to them ?
