He is stepping back from writing annual shareholder letters and will hand over Berkshire to Greg Abel in 2025. He mentioned his life in Omaha, his bond with Munger, his family, and his own journey.

His advice:

> Don’t beat yourself up over past mistakes – learn at least a little from them and move on. It is never too late to improve. Get the right heroes and copy them. You can start with [Tom Murphy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Murphy_(broadcasting)); he was the best.
