Anthropic, has officially filed its IPO registration with the US SEC today.

**A few key points:**

- **Revenue:** $16.3 billion in the first half of 2026
- **Net loss:** $80.7 billion in the same period, largely due to accounting-related charges

Anthropic has seen tremendous growth due to rising demand for AI, but its high infrastructure costs and competition remain important risks.
