The floor price is set at 315/- share. Suppose i place a bid at 350/- and the exchange comes up with the indicative/cut off price of 325 tom. So, will the shares be allocated to me at 325 or 350?

The designated Stock Exchange will allot the shares either on a single price or multiple price model as specified by the issuer.
