Hello Chetan,

Apologies for not responding earlier. Addressing your points below:

  1. AI tool is great at summarization, but tends to make some mistakes if we push it to do multiple calculations, which is why in the current version it is generally not shown. This is in our to-do list, so will address this shortly.
  2. SMEs are available now, NSE only companies are an issue. NSE shares end of data only and as of now is not providing a real time feed. We are in touch with them, hope to resolve this soon.

one more reason for using Telegram is just that it has a better UI - if I stop reading notifications for 1 week, I come back to 100s if whatsapp messages.

At that point if I click on the whatsapp chat it’s extremely easy to lose track of what I last clicked on. So if I see 100s of unread messages I have to hold off on opening the chat until I know I have an hour or more of free time.
Whereas on Telegram when you reopen the chat it opens by default on the previous message you read, not the latest received message. So I can open it at any time whenever I have time to read 1-2 filings.

Another suggestion - in your website please let your subscribers choose the broad categories of filings they want to subscribe to, instead of sending all filings. For example, I may be interested in major shareholder transactions but not interested in a company incorporating/acquiring a subsidiary of the same group.

I understand not everything can be cleanly categorized so perhaps the website can have an ‘opt out’ menu instead of an ‘opt in’ menu, i.e. default to sending the message if not sure it has been opted out.

Sure, we will think of using Telegram as a notification channel in the near future.

Opt-Out Option:
Regarding opting out, we have a dedicated Notifications Preferences page where you can choose which alerts you’d like to receive or unsubscribe from.

Hi, I’ve an account with Premium subscription but I don’t get alerts in real time. If a stock moves 5%, I’m getting an alert after half an hour. Could you please check on this?

For example, OLA moved today in the initial 10 minutes after market opening. I got an alert at 9:45.

It doesn’t seem to serve what has been told. I don’t see a way to reach out to your support team using the console. Am I missing something?

Apologies for this.

All updates we get from the exchanges are passed on via whatsapp in real time. However, for price data as of now we have 15 minutes delayed price data - due to this the price update would be reaching you after a slight delay. We are looking to see if we can procure real time price data - but are currently unsure of the timelines for this.

Barring price data - all other event types should be reaching you within seconds of it being uploaded on the exchanges.
