Tool for consolidated exposure on stocks across mutual funds

Hi All

Have been investing in mutual funds and lately into direct equities. Wanted to check if there is a tool which provides consolidated exposure on the stocks across the mutual funds. The idea is to get the total exposure on a specific stock across all the mutual funds that i already hold and not increase the exposure when I invest in direct equity.
