Trade Script for Heikin Ashi Very simple strategy

Hi, Can someone please create this script for me, please
I need alert script for following

  1. Set chart time frame to 1 week
  2. chart type to Heikin Ashi
  3. every Friday run this script at around 3:20 PM and
    BUY if candle created for blue/green
    SELL if candle created is red
    This is weekly trading/investment strategy.
