How can i make the trade as below?
Say e.g.
:
If i want to buy TCS ; it should compare check the price between NSE & BSE and buy at the price from where the lower value figure is there .
AND
If i want to sell TCS ; it should compare check the price between NSE & BSE and sell at the price from where the higher value figure is there .

This is called High Frequency Arbitrage algorithmic Trading.
Infrastructure is important, not possible for individual traders. Better not to waste time on this.
nothing required , just subscribe for kite tick data , then ull getting price of some scrip in NSE and BSE at same time , then compare with some programming and sell it. but there might be some delay.
