Trading data access to Zerodha employees?

Hello @nithin I was curious to know if Zerodha employees have access to the trading activity of the users? If yes, are there any logs maintained as to who and when accessed the data? Also, are SEBI guidelines around it?

Yes, people have access to customer trading data; it is impossible to run the business across support, compliance, and risk management without access to trading activity. The only time anyone on support can access data is if there is a customer call/ticket. The PMLA/compliance team can access it if there is an alert. RMS can access data if the margin utilization % exceeds a specific number. Yes, logs are maintained. SEBI has broad guidelines but nothing specific in this regard.
