Hi, just need general information regarding SEBI regulations. Do I need any SEBI clearance or permissions or certificate if I start trading education related website where I will discuss about trading plan and strategies however I will be refrain from making any TIPS.
As far as i know, SEBI doesn’t provide any kind of certificates to individuals but NSE (NCFM) does.
