Trading in newly Listed shares of IRCTC

1 ) How, newly listed shares are traded, even when they have not been credited to the Dmat Accounts of Allottees ? For example IRCTC Shares have been listed to-day and closed at Rs.733.00. But, these allotted share are yet to be credited to the DMat Accounts of Allottees . Now, what mechanism is followed until the delivery of IRCTC Shares are available in the market ?

  1. Is there any specified period , after which, Future and Option trading is allowed / available in newly listed Shares i.e. IRCTC Shares ?
