Okay. Here is the half of your answer. Yes, there is such piece of software. But I don’t know its name. There is a trading system scripting language known as “Tuned Script”. The developers of this mentioned programming language have implemented such technology. They run a crypto trading platform. Obviously with wrapper function as it makes the coding process much simpler. You can look into that.

Here is what I found as an option. I have not tried it yet, so not sure about effectiveness.
You can use any webhook service and host a flask app on the cloud. You can also use an api bridge like algoji or algobaba.
