Transfer of lock-in-shares of Yes Bank

My grandfather expired 2 weeks ago and my father is nominee. At the time of transfer of shares, there is a issue that how the shares of Yes Bank which are in lock-in will be transferred. If the account is closed then where the shares will go? Or can the lock-in shares be transferred?
