Trouble in Android mobile application

i am not able to log in to android mobile application since yesterday and Z5 from today morning. there is absolutely no cooperation and support from zerodha. First they are not available on phone, somehow once connected they ask to write mail. In the mail response they say that your account is unlocked and password reset mail already sent. Actually nothing happens like that. I have been doing online trading since last 10-12 years with HDFC and sharekhan and believe me not single time faced issues what I faced with Zerodha in last 2 days. Please improve your support team same as your account opening team.

You cannot close the issue with just generic response. When called your support team, they are asking to write email . I did written mail, which again in turn responded with generic response.
