Ugro is in lending business, so do your due diligence before buying.

Currently, you cannot apply for NCD IPOs via Zerodha. You can apply via Netbanking ASBA using your Zerodha account details, the process is the same as applying for IPO via Netbanking ASBA. Explained here:
