Update of Aadhaar Number in Mutual Fund folios / accounts on or before 31st March 2018

As per Prevention of Money-Laundering (Maintenance of Records) Second Amendment Rules, 2017, all customers need to update their Aadhaar Number in Mutual Fund folios / accounts on or before 31st March 2018. We notice that in PAN(s) where you have registered this email id, Aadhaar Number is yet to be linked and hence seeking your support to ensure hassle free, uninterrupted transactional ability for your future transactions.

CAMS are facilitating single submission through various modes. You can update your Aadhaar in Mutual Fund folios using any of the following options:

Online Mode: Click the link https://adl.camsonline.com or visit CAMS / AMC Website for submitting the request.

Physical Form: Download prescribed form from CAMS Website in the given link https://adl.camsonline.com fill, sign and submit at any of the nearest office of CAMS / Mutual Fund or send it to [email protected] from your registered email id.

You may also send the duly filled and signed form to the following address:

is it Genuine ?? If Not Genuine , be care full ,Don’t share your Aadhar Number Lots of spammers/ data hackers / many type of training/system / product /App sellers , trying to collect /hack personal data’s , be careful , please share your opinion

I think it’s genuine and I have received the same email from CAMS online. As per the instructions from zerodha, I have linked my Aadhaar account using the link https://zerodha.com/aadhaar

Still do we need to link Aadhaar in CAMS online or it’s not necessary?

I too had the same doubt and the Zerodha Support told me that if the aadhaar is linked with Zerodha demat then it is not necessary to again link it on CAMS website.
