Hi

Have received reminder to pay for UPL rights issues. Any idea what needs to be mentioned on the cheque in the “payee” section. Have already filled Annexure 2 details and as per instructions the form and the cheque need to be couriered to the registrar

As per the reminder notice and instructions in Annexure 1, the payee name on the cheque or demand draft should be written based on your residential status:

Resident Shareholders: UPL Limited – Partly Paid-up Rights Share First Call Money Account – R

Non-Resident Shareholders: UPL Limited – Partly Paid-up Rights Share First Call Money Account – NR
