I hold 80 shares of VBL company, a company announced 3:2 bonus , then after how many shares received as bonus?

3:2 This means for every 2 shares you currently hold you will get 3 shares.

In your case 80/2*3 = 120 shares

For fractional entitlement, you’ll receive cash in your primary bank account.

Here’s how the process works:

Bonus share cash settlement

The fractional shares are consolidated and alloted to the trustee appointed by the board, who will sell the shares at prevailing market price. After that the sale proceeds will be credited to eligible shareholders bank account according to their fractional entitlement.
