VRL Buyback payment?

I participated in VRL buyback offer and received a contract note… Where would I receive the payment ? My trading account or Bank account ? @ShubhS9

@Ddude the sale proceeds are credited directly into your bank account by the RTA.

Thats what I thought but just wanted to clarify anyways… received my contract note last evening… wondering when would the money be credited to my bank account…

Buyback proceeds will be credited to your primary bank account. The settlement date is 10th April, you can check it here: Current Buybacks, Takeovers and Delisting - March 2023
