Weird target price recommendations.

New to the market. I don’t understand the following target price in the share recommendations of economic times:

How can a target price be lower than market price on a ‘hold’ call?

You are new to markets and in search of success it’s easy to get lured towards recommendations, I would suggest you to stay away from this and rely on your own analysis.
