NSE says that you can pledge liquid (Group I) equity shares in demat form, the actual list of stocks may vary based on which brokerage you are trading with. 

Here is the list if you are trading with Zerodha, it most likely will be the same with most brokerages out there.

Presently not, but should be possible in some time.

Why dixon is not in pledge list?

Maybe clearing corporation is not accepting it, we allow all eq scrips which are allowed.
