What are the prerequisites/difficulties faced by a broker to open IPO segment?

I could see Zerodha is not into the IPO segment/Primary Market. So I would like to know what are the prerequisites that NSE mandates in order to offer this facility to clients.

Nothing difficult as such.

We are in the process of getting enabled on the IPO segment.

Many new IPOs are coming in. How much ore time you guys need to enter IPO segment. We are missing out on a lot here.
