Clearing corporation act as counter party once position is taken so in any case it will come to rescue, not sure how much these articles understood and written.
But even then a karvy client who sold shares will have to go thru auction penalty? As his shares cannot be debited from cdsl?

We need to wait and see what will happen exactly but yes sebi barred karvy from using poa, not sure how debit of shares will happen in this case. Both karvy client and his counter party will be effected if that’s the case.
What happened after this ? It’s been 2 yrs. Is everything settled ? Is everything ok ? (with broker and clients)
