What if script under ban and I have pledged same script as collateral. Do I get margin for trade?

NSE has defined a list of scrips on which collateral margin can be provided. http://www.nseindia.com/archives/nsccl/var/C_VAR1_10062015_1.DAT is the list for today (10.06.2015)

If the scrip is found here, then you get margins.

Typically ban is on F&O contracts for having exceeded the MWPL and hence has no bearing on its Equity.
