What is an enterprise ? how would it differ from private ltd.?
As a Trader and Investor what are the benefits of floating an enterprises instead of trading in my own name?

An enterprise is like a business establishment,company, big or small organization, partnership firm etc etc it includes anything that has a legal identity or deemed to have a legal identity in the eyes of the public, also carries profitable or non-profitable activities on a regular basis
Private company is an enterprise.
As a trader, floating your own enterprise gives you the benefit of having a fancy name, raising capital / getting loans or managing the funds of your clients with limited liability, also the goodwill you create accumulates to the name of the establishment.
