What is going to happen to my intraday trades if stock hits circuit limit?

@nithin what would happen to my intraday trades if stock hits circuit limit and i don’t have enough money in the account to take delivery?

The moment your trading account goes into negative (When you have taken a very large position with respect to your capital), you’ll get margin call from Zerodha on your email and through sms. Now if you won’t add money into your trading account then Zerodha’s Risk Management System will automatically close-off your position at any time, and most probably it will happen before the share hits the lower circuit limit. (That is why having a stoploss is always better).
But if loss is not greater than your trading capital or your position is not squared off by Zerodha before it hits lower circuit limit then the position will be carried forward and squared off the next trading day.
