What is Option trading penalty charges and how it is calculated?

For e.g.: Let’s assume Bought Options worth Rs.1,00,000 with the margin amount provided by the broker and sold them on the same day . Loss of Rs. 25,000 occured and the same loss amount get transfered to broker on the next day.

Here what are the penalty charges will charge.

Long Options is already a Leveraged product. By paying a small premium amount, you are controlling huge quantity of underlying shares. Brokers DO NOT provide margin amount for buying Long Calls / Puts. You have to shell out entire premium amount.
