Basic indicators such as MACD, RSI, and MA help you identify trend reversals.

i’ve heard that outside day 2 bar pattern is a good indication for trend reversal. however, never used it personally.

ADX works fairly well. Just use it in combination with other oscillators to check for overbought/oversold territory.
