If XYZ brokerage company suddenly shutdown without proper settlement to clients then will clients get their money what they have deposited in that brokerage company. NSE keeps informing the public in a circular about the claims that can be made about the brokerage firms going bankrupt. One needs to apply for claims in the scheduled date period. Similarly for unicon, they had put september 30 as the last date for making any claims with the NSE to recover from unicon.
