Is anyone Investing in it or other INVITs?
Is Powergrid INVIT good investment for purpose of diversifying beyond stocks and as a source of some regular income?
I have a small portion of my debt portfolio allocated to INVITs and REITs.
Have invested in both PG as well as Indigrid.
This is good source for regular income, but remember this is diversification of your debt portfolio (and not stock portfolio)
Also, if you are looking at regular income, REITs are much more tax efficient than INVITs
