I want to know what all factors and reasons makes a stock top gainer or top loser for specific day.
There could be many reasons.
Something happens in the sector the stock is present
Something happens just to the stock because of a negative news in the company which could be about a scam, a resignation, future growth, new tax, even related to competitor stocks
Results which don’t meet expectations
Valuations
Profit booking
DII selling, FII selling
Raw material increase, petrol hike, inflation etc. etc., the list goes on and on.
