Suppose in any crossover strategy I want to go long if Fast EMA crosses above Slow EMA and want to exit after 1 % gain or if the price start moving against me then want to exit after 0.50% loss?

Tradescript recognizes only candlestick conditions to give you alerts for trade entry or exit.

Exit Signals referencing to your Entry Price or Entry Time cannot be programmed in Tradescript.

For your above mentioned crossover entry, you can try the following exit strategies:

  1. Reverse crossover. OR

  2. Candle closes below the median of your FAST and SLOW ema’s
