Can i even buy a stock whose price is rs.0?

you cannot buy the stock if its trading at 0. and as you can see no volume or traders are currently available. if you already had shares in demat you can only place limit order but the order wont get excecuted. if you got lucky someone can buy from you.but this doesnt take place frequently.

What does this line means “shareholding for the period ended” ?
This means the total shares given out for trading is owned by promoters , public and non-public etc… once they make their mind to sell of the shares then you will able to buy the shares.
