What would be the sript for alerts for 5 consecutive new lows in 1 min candles in all stocks having more than 3 lakh vol?

Candle conditions:

LOW < REF(LOW,1) AND REF(LOW,1) < REF(LOW,2) AND REF(LOW,2) < REF(LOW,3) AND REF(LOW,3) < REF(LOW,4)

DAYS volume cannot be defined.

Also automating buy and sell orders not possible.
