IDFC sold its MF business to Bandhan. whats the need for IDFC to sell its MF business
As per chairman of IDFC Ltd, this divestment is a value unlocking process as the company wants to smoothly finish the merger with IDFC first bank.
Maybe we are missing something, need to dig a bit more.
